In Loving Memory of Kaley Machart

Kaley embodied the spirit of service and dedication in senior care.

Kaley Machart was the heart and soul behind Elderbee Care LLC—a compassionate leader, devoted caregiver, and tireless advocate for seniors. Her life’s work was rooted in service, empathy, and a deep belief that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and genuine human connection.

Kaley’s journey was one of purpose. What began as moments of self-doubt transformed into a calling to serve others, especially seniors in need of thoughtful, personalized care. She brought innovation to Elderbee Care not through technology alone, but through her unwavering commitment to doing things the right way—with integrity, patience, and heart.

Her dedication to excellence in caregiving was reflected in both her experience and her credentials. Kaley was a Certified Nursing Assistant recognized by North Dakota Health and Human Services, held certifications through the ALS Association and the Alzheimer’s Association, and was trained inFirst Aid, CPR, AED, nutrition, and physical activity. In 2023, her impact was formally recognized when she was awarded Best of the Best in Barnes County by the Valley City Times-Record for her work as a CNA.

Throughout her career, Kaley served in many healthcare roles, including private duty home care, hospital patient care, swing bed services, and end-of-life and hospice support. In each role, she was known not just for her skill, but for her kindness—meeting people where they were and caring for themas if they were family.

Above all else, Kaley was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Nick Machart, and their three sons, Jamison, Colton, and Avery.Her family was her greatest joy. She cherished time spent at her kids’ sporting events, preparing meals at home, visiting the dog park with Cooper and Marty, watching true crime documentaries, and cheering on the Minnesota Twins andDallas Cowboys with Nick.

Kaley lived by the words she loved:
“Find your passion, what you're good at naturally, and find a way to make a living at it.”
She did exactly that—and in doing so, she changed lives.

Kaley’s legacy lives on through Elderbee Care, through the families she served, and through the countless seniors whose days were made brighter becauseof her compassion. She will always be remembered for her strength, her warmth, and her unwavering dedication to others.

She will be deeply missed and forever honored.
